Face and biometric data (summary)

LogoFlow is designed for text-based prompts to generate logo imagery via our own services. We do not perform facial recognition or collect biometric face scans from your device for the core generation flow. Collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention of any content you submit—including prompts and server-side generation artifacts—are described in Section 2 (Information we collect), Section 5 (AI processing and third-party AI), Section 6 (Sharing), Section 9 (Retention), and Section 11 (Your rights and deletion).

LogoFlow (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our mobile application LogoFlow (the “App”).

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

The App is operated by the developer identified on the App Store product page for LogoFlow. For privacy requests, use the contact email in Section 12 below (replace the placeholder with your live support address before publication).

2. Information we collect

2.1 Text prompts and in-app inputs

When you create logos, you provide text prompts and related in-app choices (for example, style or mode). This content is sent to our servers so we can run our image generation service and return results to you.

2.2 Account, subscription, and purchase-related data

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, Apple processes payments. We may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, product identifiers, and related metadata needed to unlock features and comply with Apple’s rules. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.

2.3 Device and technical data

We may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, locale, and diagnostic or error logs to operate, secure, and improve the App.

2.4 Analytics and advertising identifiers

With your permission where required, we may use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for measurement and attribution.

We may use Meta (Facebook) SDK for app events and measurement as configured in the App. Details depend on your device settings and whether you allow tracking.

2.5 Face data and biometrics

We do not use the App to perform biometric identification or facial recognition of users. The primary inputs you send for generation are text prompts, which are not biometric data.

If a future version of the App allows you to upload or capture images, those images may depict faces. In that case, we would use such images only to provide the feature you request (for example, style reference), not for identifying or profiling you. We would not sell biometric data. Update this section when you ship image-upload features, and align retention with Section 9.

3. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)

Where applicable, we rely on contract (to provide the App), legitimate interests (security, analytics in aggregate, product improvement), and, where required, consent (for example, tracking preferences).

4. How we use information

5. AI processing and third-party AI services

LogoFlow does not send your prompts or personal data to third-party AI providers for the purpose of image generation. Generations are performed using our own systems under our control (for example, backend services we operate).

We do not use your prompts or generated images to train third-party public AI models. If we ever change this, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain additional consent.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

We do not share your text prompts or generated logo images with unrelated third-party AI vendors for their model training or inference, as described in Section 5.

7. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.

If you enable features that involve user-uploaded images in a future update, apply the same retention approach to those images unless a different period is disclosed in-app.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain data, or to object or restrict certain processing. You can:
